JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE, 10/22/2021: The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said it has located the car it was looking for, an older model black Chevrolet Monte Carlo with “Jackman J” written on the side.
JSO also said “all parties have been identified.”

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating a robbery and a hit-and-run that left a woman seriously hurt Wednesday night in Arlington.
Officers said the incident happened just before midnight at the University Food Mart on Playa Way.

Police say the woman, who is an employee of a roadside assistance company, was called to that area to help a man unlock his car, when investigators say there was a violent altercation and she was robbed.
JSO said the woman was then hit by a car. Officers are working to learn if she was hit by the same car the man was in.

She was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Officers say they are looking for a man who was driving an older model black Chevrolet Monte Carlo. It has red rims and “Jackman J” written on the side.
