A body was discovered floating underneath a bulkhead, a JSO report said.

A Jacksonville mother is asking for help after she said her daughter hasn't been seen Thanksgiving -- and her car was found abandoned on the Mathews Bridge.

UPDATE: 4:20 P.M Monday:

A missing Jacksonville mother planned to meet up with a man she met online the morning she vanished, according to two family members.

Ashley Brown’s mother and sister worried her online dating habits could be connected to her disappearance. It’s a concern they expressed investigators.

Darlene Green, Brown’s mother, says she had recently argued with her daughter about meeting up with men online. Green says a Brunswick man that Brown met on dating website/app Plenty of Fish called her after seeing Facebook posts that Brown had disappeared.

“He called me. He thought Ashley had stood him up,” Green said.

Green says she hasn’t ruled out that one of the men her daughter was meeting up with could be involved in her disappearance.

A JSO report said officers do not suspect foul play.

“Please come home, if you can hear me, if you are still alive,” Green said. “If someone has her, please let her go.”

UPDATE: 11:40 A.M Monday:

The mother of Ashley Brown, there 29-year-old missing since Thanksgiving, says her daughter would not have jumped from the Mathews Bridge, but a police report reveals a disturbing new detail about what investigators found on that bridge.

Just before 7 a.m. on Thanksgiving day, traffic cameras captured what police called a disabled car on the bridge. The new police report says Brown’s unlocked car was running with the hazard lights on.

Brown’s mother said Brown’s cellphone was found near the trunk. The report says Brown’s sister got a text message from her number around 6 a.m. saying she was coming over for a visit.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said police notice a "disturbance" on the railing, which is consistent with someone sitting on the edge.

After police found the Nissan Cube, they went to her mother's house. She told officials that her daughter has been depressed and could possibly be on drugs.

“I don’t know if she’s hurt, I don’t know if she is somewhere against her will, I don’t know,” Darlene Green said.

Green said she doesn't know what could have happened to her. The family last heard from her Thursday morning, she said.

Brown, 29, texted her sister at 5:40 a.m. and told her to leave the door unlocked, and that she would be by. But Green said her daughter never came home.

Just before 7 a.m. Thursday, Action News Jax cameras captured what police called a disabled car on the bridge.

Green said her daughter’s car was found on the bridge, empty but still running with the door open. All her personal items were reportedly still in the car, except for her phone, which was found near the back of the car.

“They did a marine search Thursday afternoon, air search Thursday mid-morning, and they found nothing, nothing, no sign of her,” Green said.

Green said her daughter is a single mother of an 11-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl. She says her daughter was happy and preparing to graduate from nursing school in March.

“She loves her children, and I know she wouldn’t have left her children," Green said. "I know my daughter didn’t commit suicide, I know she didn’t jump off of that bridge, I know that from my heart."

News of Brown’s disappearance is circulating on social media. Action News Jax has received several emails from friends, family and even Brown’s nursing instructor, asking for help finding her.

“I keep looking at her picture and saying, 'Where are you Ashley? Where are you?'” Green said.

Green said she filed a police report with Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
