JACKSONVILLE, Fla — The Florida Highway Patrol is at the scene of a multi-vehicle crash on I-95 South at International Golf Parkway.

FHP states that, for reasons unknown at this time, a sedan traveling southbound on I-95 traveled off the roadway onto the right shoulder where it collided with a parked disabled vehicle.
After impact with the disabled vehicle the sedan was pushed into the center lane where it came to final rest. The driver of the sedan was pronounced deceased on scene.
FHP states that this crash is currently pending further investigation.

All southbound lanes at I-95 were closed in the early morning hours with a detour through International Golf Parkway.
