First Alert Weather: Breezy, warm weekend with isolated showers mainly east of I-95

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The First Alert Weather Team says we are waking up to mild temperatures this morning with a couple of light showers moving off the Atlantic.

Breezy onshore winds stay in place today with winds gusting at the coast near 25 mph.

Warm temperatures are in the low 70s this afternoon.

Choppy conditions and high rip current risk at the beaches.

Spotty showers move onshore today (mainly east of I-95).

A similar setup for Sunday.

Warm into next week before another cold front moves through at the end of the week bringing cooler temperatures for Friday./
