The National Weather Service has extended its Tornado Watch to the following northeast Florida counties until 6 p.m.

- Columbia
- Hamilton
- Suwannee
This includes the cities of Amelia City, Belmont, Fernandina Beach, Hilliard, Jennings, Lake City, Live Oak, MacClenny, and Yulee.
The following Georgia counties remain under a tornado watch until 6 p.m.

Emergency Management is reporting that a tree has fallen on a mobile home in Ware County due to strong winds. No injuries are reported, according to EM.

First Alert Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh says a tornado watch is in effect for most of southeastern Georgia, that will likely include Waycross, Blackshear, Nahunta, and possibly Brunswick and Folkston.
The First Alert Weather Team is tracking the threat for two rounds of strong storms on Saturday.

HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Severe storms are likely Saturday afternoon over Southeast Georgia, including damaging winds and a few tornadoes.
- A few severe storms may nudge into extreme northern Florida (Baker & Nassau counties) by late afternoon.
- An isolated strong to severe storm may develop late day from Interstate 95 to the beaches in Northeast Florida, but this scenario is far less certain.
- Squall line of severe storms overnight Saturday night moving west to east across our viewing area.
- There will be a very fine line between mostly sunny and very stormy through Saturday.
