The Jacksonville Equestrian Center is taking in horses from the Carolinas and Georgia who need homes to ride out Hurricane Florence.
On their website, the equestrian center said they are accepting equine evacuees as long as Jacksonville remains unaffected by the hurricane.
Their website says they have 400 stalls and over 60 full hookup RV sites available for evacuees.
"Availability and length of stay is dependent on our event schedule and will be negotiated individually based on need," their website states.
JEC said the stalls are $5 a night plus tax and shavings are available on-site and can be purchased for $8.56 a bag.
Stalls and RV hookups can be reserved using a form available here.
