Three children were removed from the Jacksonville home where an 8-year-old boy died after a TV fell on him.
Jacksonville officers were called to Painted Pony Drive early Friday morning and found Christian Dozier unresponsive in his bedroom.

He was taken to the hospital, where he died from his head injuries.
His parents told Action News Jax that he was kicking the stand in his room when a large, box-style TV fell on top of him.
His mom said he loved to hang out with his siblings and play sports.
A neighbor said she was shocked to learn about his death.
"It's horrible cause especially when you know your grandchild plays with them -- so it's horrible," Regina Williams said. "It's horrible anytime something happened to a kid so when I seen the crime scene tape that's the last thing I thought is that it'd be one of the children."
The Florida Department of Children and Families released the following statement:
"We are absolutely devastated for this family and our hearts go out to all those who cared for this child. The department has opened a child protective investigation regarding this terrible tragedy and we will assist law enforcement in any way appropriate."
DCF is trying to determine if the home is safe for the three other children who live there.
Several police cars showed up while Action News Jax was at the home on Friday. They took a man into custody on an unrelated warrant. DCF also spent hours at the home.
Personal injury attorney Galen Bauer said what happened to Christian is not uncommon.
"The most recent statistics show every 30 minutes, a child in the U.S. is injured from tipping furniture or a television," Bauer said.
According to Reuters, U.S. hospitals reported 42,000 TV toppling injuries between 1998 and 2007.
As of right now, no one has been charged with a crime.
