Several people sent Action News Jax a Facebook Live video that appears to show officers raiding his home.

In the video, a man who appears to be Hollings flashes money at the camera for about a minute before he hears officers outside on a loudspeaker.

He looks out a window, then runs out of the room.

"This is Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. We have a search warrant," can be heard in the video, followed by a series of loud noises.

Neighbors who live near Hollings said officer's threw smoke grenades into the home.

"It sounded like bombs going off," a neighbor who didn't want to be identified said. "Like big bombs. Like a car wreck or something."

A police officer eventually walks into view of the camera. Officers are seen going in and out of the room before the video ends.

Hollings faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of cocaine, possession of paraphernalia for the manufacture or delivery of drugs and possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon.

Suspect has lengthy criminal history in Duval County

Action News Jax has learned Hollings has been found guilty on drug charges twice, and has convictions for trespassing, criminal mischief and child abuse.

Hollings has been arrested several times in Duval County since 2013, according to JSO's inmate search.

He was arrested in October 2013 for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hollings was arrested in January 2015 for lewd and lascivious battery with a person 12 years old or older, violation of probation and criminal mischief.

Holllings was arrested in October 2015 for violation of probation, possession of cocaine and giving false information to a law enforcement officer.

He was arrested again in January 2016 for violation of probation, resisting an officer without violence, possession of marijuana and possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon.

Former officer says Facebook Live may hurt his case

Action News Jax Crime and Safety Expert Ken Jefferson said he believes the Facebook Live video could hurt Hollings’ case.

“In my more than 24 years of law enforcement, I have never seen anything like this, ever,” Jefferson said. "That video can easily implicate him, particularly if he's unemployed, and he's flashing money."

Jacksonville police said they already planned to execute the search warrant so the Facebook Live video had nothing to do with why they were there.

“A person is on live video, fanning money, saying that it keeps on coming, it keeps on coming, but what they don't realize is the police will keep on coming,” Jefferson said. “The police will never, ever stop.”

Hollings is expected to face a judge in three weeks.
