The man can be seen in the video in an older, dark colored pickup truck, possibly a Ford F-150. Police said the truck possibly has a dent on the hood, and has a chrome front and rear bumper. A black toolbox is mounted to the bed of the truck.

Police describe the shooter as a black male with neatly braided hair who was wearing a black long-sleeve button-up shirt, blue jeans and black shoes. There appears to be a passenger in the truck.
