A Lake City teenager has been missing since Monday after he was reportedly last seen running away from a youth center.
Authorities reported that Kashawn Woodrow Ward, 15, was in the area of State Road 247 and Mayfair subdivision, wearing a blue shirt, blue shorts, black shoes and a black leather jacket.
Ward is 5 feet, 5 inches and weighs about 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
If anyone has seen Ward, authorities said to call police at (386)752-4343 or 911.
