The hotline features pre-recorded messages from six wish kids who hope to spread cheer during the holiday season by sharing some of their favorite uplifting messages with the community.

From now until December 31, dial 480-914-9474 to hear from the following voices:

  • Antonia, a 14-year-old from Austin, Texas, with lymphoma, wished to go on a ski trip.
  • TJ, an 8-year-old from Grand Forks, North Dakota, with cancer, wished to be an astronaut.
  • Dylon, a 9-year-old with leukemia from Texas, wished to visit his grandpa Jim for Christmas.
  • Deon, an 8-year-old bone marrow transplant recipient from West Palm Beach, Florida, wished to see snow.
  • Phoenix, a 5-year-old from Katy, Texas, with a respiratory disorder, wished to be a vet for the day.
  • Addie, a 10-year-old from St. Charles, Missouri, with a heart condition who wished to be an “outdoor girl” in Alaska.

Make-A-Wish says The Holiday Wish Line “was created to give people hope and encouragement when needed most—something wish kids know well. They deeply understand the transformative power of hope that a wish can bring while battling the trauma caused by critical illness."
