Margaritaville hotel coming to Beachwalk in St. Johns County

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — A Margaritaville hotel will be one of the next projects coming to Beachwalk in St. Johns County.

The Beachwalk community is located near Jacksonville at 100 Beachwalk Club Drive, just off County Road 210.

The hotel will front Beachwalk’s 14-acre Crystal Lagoon. Construction is planned to begin in 2023 and finish by 2024.

The hotel includes 170,000 square feet of businesses such as Bagels R Us, Island Fin Poke and The Covery.

In addition, it will have a Whiskey Joe’s, Fysh Bar & Grill, Noire Nail Bar, F45 Fitness, BurgerFi, Supercuts, Kilwins, Cold Stone Creamery, Fancy Sushi, Keller Williams, Peterbrooke Chocolatier, Merlino Chiropractic and a Union 76 Daybreak Market.

The project is in development thanks to a partnership between PEBB Enterprise and Falcone Group.
