Neptune Beach, Fla — Neptune Baptist Church took to Facebook Wednesday to announce the passing of pastor, Tom Bary, after his month-long battle with Coronavirus.
Action News Jax Reporter Ryan Nelson spoke to Jacksonville City Councilman, Terrance Freeman, about Bary’s passing.
Freeman says Bary presided over his wedding, and the two were friends for years.
