A Jacksonville woman who put up a sign to keep criminals out of her Oceanway neighborhood is now seeing results.
Action News Jax first shared Kathy Livingston’s story on Friday. Complete strangers even came forward to help her deal with the problem and now, a man is in jail.
Livingston said she's thrilled by news of the arrest of Norman Crapps. We found almost a dozen arrests, most of them drug related, for Crapps.
Livingston said she believes her sign was a big reason for Crapps’ 12th arrest.
“Oh my Lord, I am so relieved, so happy and I have a smile as big as Oceanway’s heart,” Livingston said.
Livingston said she’s all smiles.
“I’m grinning from ear to ear about this,” Livingston said.
She said it's all after her homemade sign helped spread awareness for the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office to arrest her neighbor Crapps, an alleged drug dealer.

Livingston: “I want to believe it did, I know it brought attention.”
Since we first told you about Livingston’s sign on Friday. Her story has gone viral and seen on TVs nationally from Oceanway to California.
Closer to home, her neighbors have offered to guard her after seeing her story. But she said others have tried to intimidate her, from throwing a brick thru her window to slashing her truck tires and now making threats on her life.
Cole Heath: “Your tires slashed, windows broken, was it worth it?”
Livingston: “Oh yes sir, I would do it again just to get the craziness off my street.”
Livingston said there is at least one more alleged drug dealer on the street.
