JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — All north and southbound lanes are blocked on Philips Highway at Shad Road due to police activity, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office is asking drivers to take an alternate route at this time. Detours are Sunbeam Rd. on the north end and I-95 on the south end.
