Power and traffic lights are out in an area of St. Johns County after a transformer caught fire, deputies said.
Power is out in Nocatee, Davis Pond, Palm Valley and Crosswater, deputies said.
Deputies are telling drivers who come to a traffic light that isn't working to treat the intersection as a 4-way stop.
