Action News Jax has learned new information in last month's death of a teen near The Jacksonville Landing.
New police reports show officers looked at surveillance video from the day 16-year-old Khamoi Peterson was killed.
The report said the video showed Peterson retrieved a gun from his waistband first and "displayed it, and then chambered a round into the handgun."
Then another teen, 18-year-old Tyrik Solomon, pulled a gun from his waistband and shot Peterson, the report said.

A 13-year-old was also injured in the shooting.
Two eyewitnesses positively identified Solomon to police "as the person who retrieved a firearm from under his clothing and shot Peterson, after Peterson displayed his firearm."
Solomon is in jail, charged with carrying a concealed weapon.
