In a Facebook post, BCSO said Jacksonville Sheriff's Office deputies saw Clemons driving in a black Nissan Altima and attempted to stop him. He fled police on I-10 West.

Baker County deputies prepared to deploy spike strips on I-10 at CR 228, but a JSO deputy was able to conduct a Pitt Maneuver on Clemons' car before the pursuit got that far, causing the Altima to spin out.

When police arrested Clemons, they discovered three children inside his car. Luckily, no one was injured.

Clemons was taken to the Baker County Detention Center for an outstanding warrant and will be facing several charges in Duval County as well.
