ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — If you are a St. Johns County resident looking for a COVID-19 test site, on Friday the NOMI Health testing site will no longer be an option.
The site located at the St. Johns County Wind Mitigation Building will close April 22 due to a lack of federal funding.
Alternatively, there are several other testing sites in St. Johns County that will continue to operate. They are:
- Avecina Medical (Fruit Cove)
- CareSpot Urgent Care (All SJC Locations)
- CVS (All SJC Locations)
- MedOne Urgent Care (St. Augustine)
- Walgreens (All SJC Locations)
Daily testing numbers at St. Johns County testing sites have been declining, according to the Board of County Commissioners. They now average less than 100 tests a day.
