ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — A man is accused of trespassing on school property trying to lure students off campus.
"You never know who's going to come along and catch them by surprise,” a parent, who didn’t want to be named, said.
Keith Kelvin Grant, 34, of Orange Park, is accused of targeting Creekside High School students and trying to lure them away from campus.

On Monday around 5 p.m., Grant allegedly trespassed on campus and asked a student for directions to a nearby park.
That’s when the student let Grant follow her in his car to the park. A friend of the student accompanied them.
Then the student claimed Grant asked if they could go to a quieter place and that’s when the girl drove away.
And about an hour after Grant allegedly approached the first student, deputies said the he went up to another girl in the parking lot and asked if she wanted to party with him.
Deputies told Action News Jax that the student told Grant she was 17 years old and he said he was 21.
We’re told he then tried to get the student’s number, but she got his instead and then reported this to the school resource deputy.
"I’ve really emphasized with my girls to be very wary of anyone you don't know," a parent said.

"It's just one of those things, they have to be extra cautious and aware, that's the world we live in today," a parent said.
Grant is described as being 5 foot 10 and weighing about 180 lbs.
