JSO said traffic homicide is on the scene
Gordan Kistler lives nearby and went outside to warn drivers of the crash.
“I’ve been noticing a lot of traffic coming in and out in and out in and out,” he said. “And that’s when I came out and noticed that they had the roads blocked off.”
JSO said one of the vehicles was fully engulfed in flames.
A person on scene told Action News Jax the crash may have been the result of a car chase. Investigators said that may be true, but could not confirm at the time of the briefing.
