Family members are dealing with the unimaginable after losing two mothers to gun violence in separate shootings just days before Christmas.

Her family confirmed that Victoria Wyche, the mother of three, died on Christmas Eve after being shot on her front porch.

Dwayne Wyche said his mother had a huge heart and her life was senselessly taken.

“I know she’s looking down over us. We just received another angel,” Wyche said.

Police said that shortly before midnight, a group was walking by the home on Pearl Street when words were exchanged.

Investigators said an unknown man opened fire, killing Wyche and injuring two others.

Wyche was the cousin of the woman who was killed Friday night on Hunt Street in the Lackawanna neighborhood, according to family members.

Police said 27-year-old Nekecheana Phillips was shot to death by her boyfriend, Eric Jackson. She left behind two children.
