This year’s event marks the fifth time the Clerk’s Office has hosted the program. It is expected to run from Monday, Mar. 28 to Friday, Apr. 1.

The event will take place in person from 8 AM – 5 PM at both the Duval County Courthouse and the Clerk’s Beaches Branch located at 1543 Atlantic Blvd. No appointments are needed to participate.

“Operation Green Light offers a great opportunity for people to pay what they owe and get back on the road safely,” Clerk Jody Phillips said. “The Clerk’s Office hopes that all those with outstanding traffic tickets or fees takes advantage of this statewide effort to waive the collections surcharge.”

Only the collections surcharge is waived as part of Operation Green Light. By Florida law, late fees cannot be waived. Payment can be made online by visiting the Duval County Clerk of Court website.
