JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — An indoor practice facility for the Jacksonville Jaguars will be built by next year, according to team owner Shad Khan.
The facility will be located in the south part of the EverBank Field.
Khan said the facility will cost about $30 million.
Khan said the Jaguars will pay for the majority, but the city of Jacksonville will contribute.
The new facility will feature new technology, incorporate fan experience and be a cool, iconic architectural structure, according to Khan.
Khan still has plans to do the Shipyards project separately.
