According to a police report, 36-year-old Crystal Dawn Hotlosz of St. Clairsville offered to perform a sex act on an undercover officer for $50 and nachos, the Youngstown Vindicator reported.

The arrest was the result of a prostitution investigation police investigated after observing a notice on Youngstown's Backpage, a classified advertising website.

Police said Hotlosz agreed to meet the officer at the Los Gallos restaurant in North Lima for a sex act at a price of $50 and some nachos. Hotlosz then called the officer and said the price would be $60, and he would have to provide the vehicle since she was having “her ride” bring her to the location, according to a police report.

“She asked if I had any extra money and her nachos,” the officer wrote in the police report.

Hotlosz was arrested and booked into the Mahoning County Jail early Tuesday on charges of soliciting and possessing criminal tools, according to jail records. She remains in custody, jail records show.

Hotlosz's driver, identified as 41-year-old Mark Robbins, was arrested and charged with promoting prostitution, according to the police report.
