A new year brings a new season of Girl Scout cookie sales, and 2022 is kicking off with a new flavor.
The Girl Scouts’ newest addition to the cookie lineup is the “Adventureful,” described as “an indulgent, brownie-inspired cookie with caramel-flavored crème and a hint of sea salt.”
Adventurefuls join 11 other flavors of Girl Scout Cookies that will be available this season. The new flavor was first announced in August, as we previously reported.
Girl Scout Cookies are only available during the season for your area council. You can find the dates for your area council’s cookie season on the Girl Scouts’ website, but most run for six to eight weeks a year, mostly between January and April.
While cookie availability will vary based on each Girl Scouts council, the current flavors, in addition to Adventurefuls, include: Caramel Chocolate Chip, Caramel deLites/Samoas, Do-Si-Dos/Peanut Butter Sandwich, Girl Scout S’mores, Lemonades, Lemon-Ups, Peanut Butter Patties/Tagalongs, Shortbread/Trefoils, Thin Mints, Toast-Yay and Toffee-tastic. Per the Girls Scouts website, some cookies taste the same but have different names because of different bakeries the area councils contract to bake the cookies.
