The rapper, whose real name is Nehemiah Lamar Harden, was being investigated by the Miami Beach Police for allegedly pointing a gun at a parking garage attendant on June 20 during the argument, WPLG reported.

The victim said he was working at the garage when four Dodge Chargers, colored white, green, gray and burgundy, pulled up and parked, WPLG reported. During the dispute, Harden, who was seated in the back passenger seat of the white Charger, leaned forward and pointed a gun with a laser sight at the victim. He then told the victim, “you know what it is,” before the car drove off.

On Thursday, U.S. Marshals went to the AC Hotel Miami Aventura around 9:20 p.m. They found Harden laying in bed in room 746. A gun was also found “within reach and readily accessible for immediate use,” investigators said, WPLG reported.

Harden, 19, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and accessory after the fact, WPLG reported. He was released on $18,500 bond Friday, WTVJ reported.

Three other men were arrested for their involvement in the incident.

The rapper was scheduled to perform at the Rolling Loud Music Festival, WPLG reported. His 2020 single “Beat Box” reached number 12 on the Billboard Hot 100.
