DETROIT — Ford has issued two recalls for its vehicles that impact more than 737 automobiles on the road for both oil leaks and a problem with the trailer braking system.
Ford announced 345,451 vehicles are impacted by the oil leak recall, which covers the 2020-2022 Ford Escape SUV as well as the 2021 and 2022 Bronco Sport SUV with 1.5-liter engines. In the impacted SUVs, a housing can crack and allow oil to leak onto engine parts, posing a fire hazard, The Associated Press reported.
