Tiger Woods has sat down for the first time to talk about the injures caused by his February crash and the steps he’s taking to become strong once again.
In the interview with Golf Digest, Woods said he’s been through therapy before, but this was more intense.
“I understand more of the rehab process because of my past injuries, but this was more painful than anything I have ever experienced,” the golfer told the publication.
But he didn’t say if he would play golf again; instead, he’s focused on walking on his own.
Woods was injured when his Genesis SUV went off a road southwest of Los Angeles on the morning of Feb. 23. The crash left him with serious leg injuries, CNN reported.
Investigators said that Woods had been driving at an “unsafe speed for road conditions,” CNN reported.
