BOCA RATON, Fla. — The Jacksonville Jaguars have expressed interest in practicing against another NFL team during training camp. Action Sports Jax has learned that the Jags could end up practicing against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for a couple of days in Orlando.
The details and confirmation from the league is still being discussed, but both teams would like to see it happen. The head coach of Tampa Bay is former Jags offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter.
The sessions could be held at the University of Central Florida, which is where Blake Bortles played his college football. If the two teams get together, there is also a good chance that would lead right into a preseason game in August.
