Scattered pockets of heavy downpours will be likely in some neighborhoods Friday morning. The rain turns more scattered and light into the afternoon.

Temperatures will drop during through the day. We will track temperatures falling from the 60s to the lower to mid 50s this afternoon along and south of I-10. It will be breezy as well at times.
Overnight, our area will drop into the mid to upper 30s inland. We will likely see a few areas of inland frost as skies clear overnight.
This will be the first dry weekend since mid January. Highs will be in the 50s and 60s under sunny skies.
