NORTHEAST FLORIDA/SOUTHEAST GEORGIA — Partly sunny and breezy on Saturday with on-shore winds really tightening up thanks to the tropical system in the West Atlantic.

HIGH risk for rip currents at the beach, so be careful if you’re getting in the water - swim with a buddy or swim near a lifeguard.

There will be a few sprinkles/isolated showers south of I-10 today, but it’s not a lot of rain in store.

Mostly sunny on Sunday with on-shore winds lingering. Isolated storm threats roll through Monday & Tuesday as temperatures warm up into the upper 80s & low 90s.

TROPICS: low pressure over the Northern Bahamas expected to become a depression on Saturday as it moves away from land and out to sea. Brings gusty winds to the local area and high rip current risks to area beaches.
