Madison Foglio is a reporter for Action News Jax and joined the team in March 2025. She comes from Albany, Georgia where she worked as a Morning Anchor/MMJ at WALB News 10.
While there she covered the state funerals for both President Jimmy Carter and First Lady Rosalynn Carter; the 2024 Presidential Election in Georgia, interviewing now Vice President JD Vance one-on-one; and rode in President Joe Biden’s motorcade to cover his tour of South Georgia after Hurricane Helene hit. While there, she asked the President about his plans for the rest of the impacted south Georgia counties that were not granted FEMA assistance funding.
Before that, Madison worked as a Sr. TV producer and video journalist at Just the News in Washington, D.C. She served as the producer for numerous shows and played a key role in the launch of their primetime television show, "Just the News Not Noise," hosted by award-winning investigative journalist John Solomon and TV personality Amanda Head.
She interned as a summer college associate at Fox News in 2019. During college, Madison got a range of experience getting to work with ESPN Campus Connection, SEC Network/Anchor Down Productions, Nashville Predators, and Vanderbilt Television News among other productions.
Madison is a proud graduate of Vanderbilt University (GO ‘Dores!) She was a Division I student-athlete on the Vanderbilt Women's Lacrosse team for all four years. While competing for the Commodores, Madison was a 4x SEC Academic honor roll recipient.
She earned a B.A. in Communication studies with a minor in Business and a certificate in social entrepreneurship from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt. She is also a member of the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.
Madison hails from Manhasset, New York. When not reporting, you can find Madison and her yellow lab Moose on the beach or going on a run. She’s so excited to be in Florida!
