Matchbox Twenty, The Wallflowers coming to Daily’s Place in Jacksonville in August

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Nineties kids, get ready: Two bands that were most certainly spinning in your CD players are coming to Jacksonville.

Matchbox Twenty is bringing its “Matchbox Twenty 2020” tour to Daily’s Place on Sunday, Aug. 9. They’re bringing along The Wallflowers.

Matchbox Twenty is best known for hits like “Push,” “Real World,” and “If You’re Gone.” The Wallflowers had boom boxes blasting to songs like “One Headlight" and “Sixth-Avenue Heartache.”

Fanclub members can purchase tickets beginning Tuesday at 10 a.m., while tickets go on sale to the general public at www.dailysplace.com beginning Friday at 12 p.m.

Jacksonville Jaguars Season Ticket holders and Daily’s Rewards Members will have access to presale tickets on Thursday between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.
