JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. — The fast-food chain Shake Shack is coming to Jacksonville Beach.
The restaurant is shown across the street from Huey Magoo’s on site plans for the South Beach Regional shopping center.

The Regency Centers-owned site is located on South 3rd Street, currently home to a Trader Joe’s, TJ Maxx, Nordstrom Rack and Home Depot.
This will be Shake Shack’s second restaurant in the area, following its September 2024 opening in the St. Johns Town Center.
The closest location outside of the Jacksonville location is near Orlando.
