TRACK THE PROCESS: Duval County Public School name changes

Nine Jacksonville schools are in the midst of the “school name change” process.

The path to a school name change is a long one. School leaders are speaking with parents and students and faculty. They are holding meetings and roundtables for alumni and community members within the school’s attendance zone to offer input and recommendations to the superintendent.

Regardless of where you stand, DCPS wants to make it easier for people to join the conversation.
