Florida deputies are looking for a groper on-the-run, whom they are calling their “Scumbag of the Week.”
Walter Ynguil, 29, has a history of exposing himself in public and inappropriately touching women.
He is wanted on a charge of felony battery for grabbing a woman's breast at a Deltona post office, according to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office.

Ynguil’s most recent incident -- on Friday -- included watching female Subway employees before pulling up the leg of his shorts, exposing himself, deputies said.
“He’ll be in jail again soon,” deputies wrote on Facebook.
