Gambling additions can take many forms. It can be at a slot machine in Vegas or at spending all your money on lottery tickets at your local gas station.

Sometimes it can be hard to ask for help, but there are many resources to help with this addiction.

• National problem gambling helpline: 1-800-522-4700. This number is a 24/7 hotline that includes both a text and chat service.
• Helpline Network Call Center and Supervisor List – March 2017: Information on where each call center is located and the states that they serve.
