JSO reports everyone found safe in reported possible abduction at The Avenues mall.

Police say the man and woman saw the reported abduction on the news and contacted police themselves.

Action News Jax has just learned more information on the possible abduction at The avenues mall from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

JSO said in their briefing, two witnesses said they saw a White 2016 to 2018 Ford Explorer with a possible dealership license decal, follow a woman through the south end of the mall parking lot.

Witness told police the man got out of the vehicle, grabbed the female and put her into the SUV.

JSO released images of the white SUV being sought. Police say a thin, black male around 5'10" to 6" tall, wearing a dark gray long-sleeved shirt, dark paints and white tennis shoes is driving the vehicle.

Police say they are concerned about a female, "described as an olive-skinned female, brown long curly hair, around 5'5".

Police are unsure if the two individuals know each other or not. A witness called into police reporting an abduction involving the two people. Police want to verity the safety of the female.

JSO said the female involved may have gotten off work or was done shopping at the mall. They are asking for anyone who knows someone fitting the female's description above, who may have been at the mall for work or shopping, to call them immediately.

JSO's non-emergency phone number is 904-630-0500.

Action News Jax reporters Amber Krycka and Courtney Cole are on the scene. Action News Jax will have the latest on this story on FOX30 at 10:30 p.m.
