MACCLENNY — Two men from Macclenny were killed in a head-on crash Friday night.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, at approximately 7:30 p.m., the men were traveling southbound on CR 23A, south of Copper Creek Drive, when their Mercury Grand Marquis crossed over into the northbound lane of traffic where it collided with an F150 pickup truck.
The 48-year-old driver and his 32-year-old passenger died at the scene. The 23-year-old driver of the pickup truck suffered minor injuries.
Duval Road was closed in both directions for several hours following the crash.
