JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The man found shot and killed last week has been identified by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
JSO said 32-year-old Torrence Thomas died on Dec. 19 at the Mathews Crossing Apartments on Atlantic Boulevard.
Officers arrived to find the victim dead in the parking lot.
