7 months since man killed behind Blind Rabbit; suspects on the loose

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- — A father was shot and killed while taking out the trash behind a Riverside restaurant seven months ago, Tuesday.

Action News Jax brought the breaking news of Daniel Rowe’s death at the Blind Rabbit in July. His killer or killers are still on the run.

Crime Stoppers said it has received 13 tips about Rowe's case; however, the last tip came in December.

Rowe’s mother spoke exclusively to Action News Jax on the seven-month anniversary of her son's murder.

“I just really, as a mom, I have to hold on to the hope that they will get it solved,” said Raelyn Rowe.

There’s now a $20,000 reward for whoever helps the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office track down the suspects.
