JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — An argument turned deadly at a Jacksonville gas station. Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office was called to Circle K, 4525 Sunbeam Road at 1 a.m. Friday. Police said the victim was at the store with another person when he got into an argument with two men.

One of the men pulled out a gun and fired multiple rounds hitting the victim, JSO said at a news conference Friday morning. The shooter and the person he was with ran away from the scene, police said.
The 40-year-old victim was taken to Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
