JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The cigarette butt litter canisters were installed at every beach access at Atlantic and Neptune beaches, and at high traffic area of Beaches Town Center. This was done in an effort to combat the most frequently littered item in the U.S. – cigarette butts!
