Ben & Jerry’s giving out free ice cream: How and when to get a free scoop

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Calling all ice cream and Ben & Jerry’s fans! Free Cone Day is back on Monday for the first time since 2019.

Customers who visit Ben & Jerry’s on April 3 will receive a complimentary scoop of ice cream for Free Cone Day.

Ben & Jerry’s has been doing ‘Free Cone Day’ for over 40 years as a way to say ‘thank you to all their fans for their support.

According to a release, ‘Free Cone Day’ is hosted at scoop shops across the U.S. and worldwide from noon to 8 p.m.

Customers can choose from classics such as chocolate chip cookie dough or try new flavors including “Lights! Caramel! Action!”, which was just unveiled in 2023 with award-winning director, filmmaker, and TV producer Ava DuVernay.

The best part is, ice cream lovers can get in line as many times as they’d like.
