Christmas Eve is here, and hopefully, you’ve finished your holiday shopping.

WalletHub conducted a national survey about holiday shopping and broke down the results.

Santa is on a budget this year. According to the study, 68% of people said Santa would be less generous because of inflation.

31% of people reported they would spend less on their holiday shopping this year.

To pay for all those gifts, 52% of people indicated they were going to apply for a new credit card. But, 45% of survey respondents said they wouldn’t pay for their purchases in full by the due date.

Meanwhile, about half of Americans said they still have debt from the last holiday season.

According to WalletHub, 72% of people say holiday shopping is worth it.
