During a news conference, Jordan was said to have been found east of Lake Avenue and McMullen Road in Largo -- a wooded area near the toddler's home.
Investigators said they also searched near Stinson's apartment where they reportedly found "bloody items."
"This was a sad end to Jordan's life," Largo police said ia social media post.
Stinson told police she accepted a ride from a stranger Saturday night, was knocked unconscious and then woke up in the woods four hours later without Jordan.
FOX 13 Tampa Bay reported that Belliveau's family became emotional after speaking with police. The TV station reported that the little boy's uncle -- and other family members -- suspected Stinson was responsible for the boy's disppearance.
