The project, Project Quench, aims to generate potable drinking water from reclaimed water sources. Both the St. Johns River Water Management District and Carollo Engineers worked with the CCUA to design and operate this new facility for the project.

Per project development, CCUA staff conducted a water taste test with several name-brand water brands with their product. The CCUA states that their potable water performed well and is up to par with the other brands.
