Before the sing-along, Rosie’s mom Liz got to share with Parton how her Imagination Library program helped Rosie to learn to read and write in Braille.

The Clay Couty School District posted on Facebook about Rosie’s appearance on the show and said Liz is an ESE Parent Liaison.

The district also took the opportunity to thank the Clay Education Foundation, which helped bring Parton’s Imagination Library to the 32043 and 32073 ZIP codes to promote early literacy by providing kids with a free book a month from ages birth to 5 years old.
