Man wanted accused of stealing trailer full of Lynyrd Skynyrd memorabilia

ORANGE PARK, Fla. — The Orange Park Police Department needs help finding 38-year-old William James Walker.

OPPD has obtained an arrest report for Walker for grand theft. He is accused of stealing a trailer with nearly $15,000 of Lynyrd Skynyrd memorabilia that was intended to be sold at a charity event.

Police say that Walker is known to live in different hotels in the Jacksonville area. He is described to have “praying hands” tattooed on his forearm and a spider tattooed on his shoulder.

Anyone that knows where Walker is located is asked to call the police department at 904-264-5555 or contact First Coast Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS (8477).

Action News Jax first brought you this story back in April when police first released pictures of a vehicle stealing the trailer.
